Personally I love one thing that I have been noticing in the body of Christ that people are starting to understand that worship isn’t just singing songs or playing music but that Worship is beyond lyrics. We then have a crop of people in the same space who don’t know what to do if they don’t have music or words, yes they know that worship is beyond that but then what else can they do. “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's”. 1 Corinthians 6:20 John Wesley said this in response to this verse “Yield your bodies and all their members, as well as your souls and all their faculties, as instruments of righteousness to God. Devote and employ all ye have, and all ye are, entirely, unreservedly, and forever, to his glory.” Our bodies are meant to glorify God, outside words, lyrics and music our lives can minister glory, our bodies can bless the Lord through the way we live daily and the way we carry ourselves in

Dancing In The Bible  Dancing in Worship means spiritual sacrifice, joy, rejoice, idolatry, victory, return of a son. (Psalms 30: 11; 149: 3; 1 Samuel 18: 6, 7; Ex. 32: 19; Luke 15: 21-25; Matthew 11: 16-17; 14: 6; Judges 11: 34; Lamentations. 5: 15)   Dance is associated with joy and its opposite is mourning Lamentations 5:15 The joy of our heart is ceased; our dance is turned into mourning. “Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp”. It doesn’t matter what instrument you play or what song you sing or that you stand at the back of the row and people don’t recognize you. The bible says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks and as a worshipper if your heart and life is full of his spirit then however you minister you minister out the spirit with which you are full off As a worshipper leading a choir or a church into God whatever you condition that you have will be carried into the crowd. If there is lethargy in your spirit that condition is forwarded into the people, you give what you carry.      If we can sing, speak or serve or do all we do by the spirit we are giving God an opportunity to create life because the spirit creates life wherever it goes. Jesus said “the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life”. John 6:63 . If we all our ministry, songs, bible studies, homes are full of the spirit then the life of God is dispensed into people’s lives and situations.

The Bible is the one place that we should turn to when we need understanding about any worship and reading through it you will find these scriptures that talk about the tongues and lips in relation to worship: Tongue “My tongue is the pen of a ready writer”. Psalms 45:1 “My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame that seek my hurt”. Psalms 71:24 “ And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long ” . Psalms 35:28 And my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.   O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise”. Psalms 51:14-15 “ I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue”. Psalms   66:17 “Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them”. So the big question was why do I have to do it, they say raise your hand and bow down but I don’t think that matter you know. God is looking at my heart and he is not worried about what I do. So I thought of it and just searched about this presumption and this is what I found out.  The worship is not in the bowing but the worship is in the condition of the heart that the whole story here. God sees your worship in the attitude of bowing. In my culture bowing Is a sing to show respect to the elders, when you enter a courtroom you are supposed to bow and address the judge as your worship think about that, Asians bow as a sign of respect and they say the depth of your respect is seen in how low you bow. Universal cultures and traditions show us that when you bow you are showing respect and reverence of the person you are meeting or respect to the seat they occupy and then we come to Christ and we say that our worship is not in the bowing.  Hebrews are very expressive in their

Arm Twist Worship and Worshipping for a breakthrough or worshipping without string attached out of love, no obligations. God knows all our desire before we even ask for them in prayer, even in fasting and I always says that it is better to come before the Lord and worship Him out of the abundance of your heart and not hold back. Arm Twist worship as I call it, is when we worship the Lord because we need deliverance, I worship the Lord big time when I need something to from Him.
