The Spirit: Is Life of a Worshipper



It doesn’t matter what instrument you play or what song you sing or that you stand at the back of the row and people don’t recognize you. The bible says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks and as a worshipper if your heart and life is full of his spirit then however you minister you minister out the spirit with which you are full off

As a worshipper leading a choir or a church into God whatever you condition that you have will be carried into the crowd. If there is lethargy in your spirit that condition is forwarded into the people, you give what you carry.    

If we can sing, speak or serve or do all we do by the spirit we are giving God an opportunity to create life because the spirit creates life wherever it goes. Jesus said “the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life”. John 6:63. If we all our ministry, songs, bible studies, homes are full of the spirit then the life of God is dispensed into people’s lives and situations.

“And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness”. Romans 8:10

“Who also hath made us able ministers of the New Testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life”. 2Corinthians 3:6

May all we do be done in and under the spirit of God because when we minister in the spirit we are ministering life. The spirit gives life, that’s why God had “formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul” Genesis 2:7. We as ministers stand everyday, everywhere and everytime may we walk with our own lies full of the Spirit of God.

“…but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting”, Galatians 6:8 may we always sow in the spirit and our harvest is life. Man is looking also for that as well and as man walks into a service, a prayer meeting, seminar, class or school may we be carriers of His spirit that whatever situation in their lives is dead or is slowly dying God spirit will bring to life.

Imagine people walking in and they have so many things dying around them but us as worship leaders we are so dry and we are loud gongs, ourselves are dying slowly from the inside then everything around us will suffer the same fate of death from within.

God wants us to sow seeds of life and his Spirit, may we cultivate our lives, and may we cultivate our own spiritual growth so that whenever we stand life comes into Action and everything that is dying turned.

As a worshipper ask God for help, ask God for strength to be able to walk in the Spirit and wherever you go God shows up and men glorify God because of your life.

Worship is the central part of God and heaven but is the most misunderstood part of human life.
