Our lives and worship services should be place where we get to see the move and work of God. Our lives should be the place where we create, cleanse, prepare the messenger in anticipation for the Message. Our primary place and reason of being anointed as worship leaders is to bring man to the feet of Jesus, to bring man to the place where they connect with the presence of God. One of the most technical things I learnt is that you cannot give away what you don't have. You can never take people to the place where you have never been either can you direct them. So many worshippers, we want to give want we don't have and if we endeavour to give away something then we ought to have it within us. The glory of the Lord is what we live for, to bring him glory. In old English they would say glory is to ascribe or give back the honour and splendor to him who deserves it. Glory in Hebrew and Greek speaks of splendor, light, rarity, honour beauty and abundance.  God is already full of glory (honour, power, majesty, rarity) and there is nothing we can do to change it. He already receives perfect worship from all angels and heavenly beings. May we all put God first and may we chase after Him with everything we have and may God fill your year with plenty much of him and may worship be deeper and become as natural as breathing air.... Worship is all about surrender, giving clearance for a higher authority to take over your life, surrendering our lives, jobs, family and our destinies to the power of God. That worship.  “Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place, He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully”, Psalms 24:3  Worship is the vehicle that is at the centre of God and it should be at the centre of our lives also. God doesn't want men standing before Him and worshipping Him but carrying unforgiven sin and unforgiveness full in our lives. The bible tells us that God hates the sin in man, God doesn't hate the men and when we touch God with our worship He inturns touches us with love as well but if we are to exalt him the bible tells us to do it with clean hands and a pure heart. rdpress.com The bible speaks of a man who comes to sacrifice and realises that he wronged his brother and Jesus says leave your offering by the altar, go back and reconcile with your brother. God doesn't want man to stand and sacrifice to Him with sin and unforgiveness in our lives.

Our lives and worship should be offered though Jesus Christ, He just like the Holy Spirit know how to get into the presence of God and stand with our offering before the father. Worship In Truth   Truth in the bible has been translated to cover this words firmness, stability, constancy and also faithfulness, honesty, justice and also uprightness “Truth also means being honest with God”. Jesus said the only truth was to be found in God’s word for it is this word that is true. The greatest worshipper on earth is the one who understands and has communion with the word of God.
