Living In An Overflow of Praise
Psalm 51: 15
O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
Look at your life, take a quick glance on your life. Think about this, what has closed your mouth from declaring the work of the Lord, what has closed praise not to flow out of our lives.
Is it sin, grief, pain, anger towards God, torment, stagnation, tiredness, confusion, wrong words, busyness, jobs, the work of God to many things going on?
Without knowing, praise might have stopped coming out of your lips, without knowing our mouths are filled with so many other things that have overshadowed the praise of God to stop flowing...
Jeremiah 1:9 (KJV)
Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.
Isaiah 6:6-7 (KJV)
Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
Jeremiah and Isaiah both had to get divine intervention for them to walk into their paths of calling. May God touch our lips with his hand or with coals from his heavenly altar that our lips maybe purged & anointed to live in the overflow of worship...
We don't need much just that our lips and mouth be sanctified to stand in his presence...
David heart was that his life glorify God in every way and in overflowing worship be the cry of our hearts. If you where living in that place of worship let our prayer be to live in the overflow of praise always and at all times..
